About Us
We are a multidisciplinary team with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, committed to creating sustainable, innovative homes designed with well-being in mind.
Our approach combines thoughtful design, high energy efficiency, and active community participation, ensuring that every home reflects what truly matters: quality of life, community, and respect for the environment.
Every sustainable real estate development by Vive is an opportunity to enjoy a home that cares for you and your surroundings. Vive Godella marked the beginning of this vision by creating healthy, eco-friendly homes. Vive Ginkgo strengthens that commitment, and now, with Vive Puzol, we continue moving forward with spaces that combine technological innovation, efficiency, and quality of lifea.
VIVE GODELLA
It is a benchmark project in the Valencian Community (CV) and across Spain, as it is the first multi-family passive residential building with a single thermal envelope, including its common areas.
It is also distinctive for having been co-designed with its residents to adapt to their real needs.
Located in the heart of Godella, the building holds Passivhaus certification. This rigorous construction standard ensures homes with exceptionally high energy efficiency, resulting in virtually zero energy consumption, maximum thermal comfort throughout the year, and optimal indoor air quality that supports a healthy living environment.
VIVE PUZOL
Located in the heart of Puzol, just 20 km from Valencia, the development offers an ideal connection for those seeking peace and quiet without being far from the city.
The residential development comprises 28 homes with parking, designed for young people, students, and families. It also features common areas, a swimming pool, and other optional services.
In line with Vive’s developments, the project is guided by principles of sustainability and efficiency, applying circular economy practices and cutting-edge construction technologies such as Lean Construction and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Thanks to these systems, we are able to optimize materials, reduce waste during construction, and ensure maximum precision from the planning stage through to final delivery.
