It is a benchmark in the Valencian Community (CV) and in Spain, as the first passive, multi-family residential building with a single, continuous envelope—including its common areas. It was also uniquely co-designed by its residents. Located in the center of Godella, it holds Passivhaus certification.
VIVE PUZOL
Located in the center of the municipality of Puzol, 20 km from Valencia.
28 homes with parking, conceived for young people, students, and families. It features common areas, a swimming pool, and other optional services. True to VIVE’s philosophy, it follows sustainability and efficiency principles, applying circular-economy criteria and technologies such as Lean Construction and BIM.
